Construction- Kiester is deep in construction and by now we have all been affected by the improvement to the city’s infrastructure and streets. We realize the construction work has been inconvenient and disrupted normal routines. However, your understanding and cooperation with the City’s efforts to make these improvements in your neighborhood is greatly appreciated. The city council would like to thank each and everyone of you for your patience with this ongoing project.
