The Kiester City council held a special meeting on Monday July 6, 2026, at the Kiester Community Center.
Mayor Hope Bauman called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. Council Members Present: Brandon Hagenson, Marcia Dahleen, Paul Martin, Absent was Jason Kleunder City Clerk: Doris Troll; Members of the public: Jessica Green from Northland Securities
Northland Securities:
Jessica then explained what the third bond amount would be for $ 365,000.00 with an interest rate of 4.5%
After a discussion as to when they would start the project which we do not know as of tonight. Tere was a motion by Branson Hagenson to table the vote until we have more information as to the timeline of the proposed project. seconded by Paul Martin, Vote 4-0. Motion carried.
Adjournment: Motion By Hope Bauman seconded by Brandon Hagenson Vote 4-0, motion carried.
